Session Details
Your private room is reserved for 20 minutes, giving you plenty of time to change and take turns in the plunge if you’re with a guest. Most people plunge for just 3-10 minutes total. One person in the plunge at a time. Towels provided.
Booking Sauna + Plunge Together?
Sauna and cold plunge sessions take place in separate private rooms.
If you’re booking both for the same visit, schedule your cold plunge for before or after your sauna session.
*Booking both in the same hour is allowed, but it will shorten your sauna session.

Arrive a Few Minutes Early for a Smooth Start
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early on your first visit so we can check you in and show you to your private plunge room. Waivers must be completed online before your session—and that includes any guests joining you.
Bringing a Guest?
Guests will need to create a quick profile. Once you arrive, we’ll email them a waiver to sign.
Want to send it ahead of time? Just drop their name in your appointment notes—we’ll look up their profile and take care of it before your visit.
What to Wear
Your cold plunge experience should be as comfortable as possible, and what you wear can make a difference
- Swimsuits are required
- Lightweight shorts and a tee-shirt work just fine as well.
During Your Session—Let Your Body Adjust
During your first session, it may take a minute for your body to adjust to the cold—that’s completely normal. Our cold plunge is designed to safely challenge your system, boosting circulation, energy, and reducing inflammation from the very first dip.
With each session, your body adapts—you’ll stay in longer, breathe easier, and recover faster. This reset strengthens your nervous system, aids recovery, and builds resilience.
Cold plunge is a quick, effective way to support both body and mind—no ice bags, no cleanup. Just show up, breathe through it, and feel better in minutes.
After Your Session—Warm Up & Hydrate
Cold plunge sessions typically last between 3 to 10 minutes—short but powerful. As you finish, we ask that you wrap up on time so the space can be refreshed for the next guest.
Your body will naturally warm up after the plunge, burning calories in the process.
Hydration is essential. You’re welcome to bring your own drink, or choose from bottled water and electrolyte drinks available for purchase in the studio.
